Bored? Games!

So what was in that delivery we mentioned yesterday on Facebook? You had a few good guesses, but that delivery was full of games and puzzles, plus some sweet lunchboxes. We always strive to add products that complement our current selection and fit in with the vibe we’ve got here in the shop.

We’ve selected games that are intriguing enough to pick up, easy to learn and impossible to put down. We wanted games that the whole family can enjoy, don’t take hours to play, and that went well with our selection of books and music.

So grab a new game, put on a record and game on!

THE THREE LITTLE PIGS

– “IELLO Games”

As a little pig, your greatest desire is to build a strong and beautiful house where you can spend your long winter evenings. You won’t need trowels or scaffolding, since you can roll the dice to build your dream home. But beware the wolf prowling around, and all he wants to do is to huff, and to puff, and to blow your house down!

The Three Little Pigs is a fun and easy “push your luck” dice game for the entire family. On your turn, try to get the best combination of doors, windows, or roofs to add to your lovely home! And if you accidentally bring the wolf out of the woods, take a deep breath and try to blow down another player’s houses by blowing on the spinner!

THE GRASSHOPPER AND THE ANT

The Grasshopper, who experienced a bummer after the summer, was made to feel foolish by this wee Ant oh so mulish. Craving vengeance as an attacker, a plan sprouted in this insect slacker: Follow the Ant to some remote field, in order to steal his precious yield.

Pass the winter without unpleasant side effects: Alternate playing as the Grasshopper or the Ant, and gather the provisions that will lead you to victory!

EAT ME IF YOU CAN!

The Wolf is back, and he is not happy! But Little Red Riding Hood, the Three Little Pigs, and the Seven Kids may yet have the last laugh! Each turn, take on the role of one of these famous characters. As the Wolf, try to surprise the other players in their sleep by sneaking into their lovely little cottages. But beware, Wolf! Your tender victims may have laid traps for you!

A quick game to enjoy with family or friends! Explained in 2 minutes! Be crafty, and don’t hesitate to bluff if it will save your skin!

FRIDAY THE 13TH

Bad omens are all around you!
