Record Store Day 2018 at Backbeat – All you need to know

The day we’ve all been gearing up for is nearly here…it’s only two short days until Record Store Day! Are you as excited as we are? We’re looking forward to seeing our fantastic regular customers as well as welcoming you if you’re planning your first visit. The sun should be shining down on Perth making it a great day.

Here’s what’s happening at Backbeat on Saturday:

First up, be one of the first 33 customers through the door and receive a Backbeat tote. Great for carrying records, books and well, what else could you want?!

50% off used CDs
Sale excludes local musicians albums on consignment, special orders and any items previously on hold.

To amp up the celebrations, we’ve teamed up with some great local businesses with great taste. Perth Brewery will be here doing an in-store tasting event, and Perth Pie Co and Fieldhouse have generously provided us with coupons for you.

This year Record Store Day Canada has partnered with MusiCounts and the Sheepdogs to raise funds to help put instruments in the hands of children who need them most. You’ll be able to purchase a limited edition Sheepdogs pin right here at Backbeat on Record Store Day and all the proceeds will go to help support this great program.
