The Next Day Extra contains various album outtakes and remixes from David Bowie’s The Next Day album.

Captain Beefheart & the Magic Band – Clear Spot (50th Anniversary Deluxe Edition)
This set features the original album recut from the original master tapes at Bernie Grundman Mastering, plus an additional LP of rare studio outtakes, alternate versions, and previously unreleased instrumental rough mixes from the Clear Spot sessions.

The Cure – Wish (30th Anniversary Edition)
30th anniversary limited edition of The Cure’s hit best-selling, Grammy-nominated album Wish, pressed on double picture disc for the first time, exclusively for RSD Black Friday.

The Doors – Paris Blues
A compilation of The Doors’ greatest live blues recordings both in the studio and on the stage. Featuring the never-before-released track “Paris Blues” and original artwork created for this release by Robby Krieger.

Dream Widow – Dream Widow
Dream Widow is the malevolent creation of Dave Grohl (handling vocals, guitar, bass and drums) and lead guitarist Jim Rota of Fireball Ministry renown. Assisted on a few tracks by keyboardists Rami Jaffee and Oliver Roman, Grohl and Rota make good on the sinister promise to blur the lines between reality and darkest fantasy.

Bryan Ferry – Taxi
An RSD Black Friday limited edition release, on heavyweight yellow vinyl, of Bryan Ferry’s 1983 solo album, including “I Put A Spell On You,” “Will You Love Me Tomorrow” and “Girl of My Best Friend.”

Fountains Of Wayne – Traffic and Weather
Not since Ray Davies has a songwriter been able to craft such sharply observed vignettes in the space of a three-minute pop song like the late Adam Schlesinger. This release comes with a printed inner sleeve featuring lyrics and in a gold with black swirl pressing limited to 5000 copies worldwide.

Ghost – Impera (Picture Disc)
Ghost, one of the most esteemed and celebrated rock bands in the world today, return with their fifth psalm, IMPERA, fronted by the newly anointed Papa Emeritus IV.

Goldfinger – Hello Destiny
The first vinyl release, pressed on limited edition gold vinyl, with bonus tracks, for the 15th anniversary.

Grateful Dead – Wembley Empire Pool, London, England 4/7/1972 (Live)
Available for the first time on vinyl, the Grateful Dead opened their famed Europe ’72 tour at the sold-out, cavernous Wembley Empire Pool in London.

Gun Club – Live At The Hacienda ’84
Classic 1984 – Jeffrey Lee Pierce fronts L.A.’s greatest Punk Band. This deluxe package includes an OBI strip, Single album jacket, Printed inner sleeve, New record labels unique for this release and double split purple and white colour vinyl.

Jimi Hendrix – Burning Desire
Burning Desire is part of Dagger Records’ authorized Jimi Hendrix ‘bootleg’ releases. Mixed by Eddie Kramer, the collection presents compelling examples of Jimi’s remarkable creative explorations through 1969 and early 1970. The double LP will now be available for the first time since, pressed on Translucent Orange and Red vinyl.

Iggy Pop – Apres
Après has NEVER been released in the US before (there was a 2012 limited run only released in Europe). It is Iggy Pop’s 16th studio release, crooner covers sung in both French and English.

Etta James – Etta Is Betta Than Evvah!
Etta Is Betta Than Evvah! was released in 1976, at a time when she wasn’t ruling the charts but wasn’t adverse to climbing back into the Top 40 either. This is the first official US vinyl reissue.

Janis Joplin & Jorma Kaukonen – The Legendary Typewriter Tape: 6/25/64 Jorma’s House
The legendary 1964 rehearsal collaboration receives its first official issue. With Restoration and Mastering by Grammy®-winning engineer Michael Graves, packaging contains rare photos plus liner notes from Jorma Kaukonen. Released with full cooperation and approval from Jorma Kaukonen and the Janis Joplin Estate.

Jorma Kaukonen – Too Many Years
Too Many Years is a Jorma Kaukonen studio album released in August 1998, his last on Relix Records. Michael Falzarano returned to play guitar and help produce (as he did on the previous Kaukonen solo album). He also sang lead on several tracks.

Kid ‘N Play – 2 Hype
For a certain generation of hip-hop fans, just the mention of Kid ‘n’ Play brings on a wave of nostalgia. Unavailable on vinyl for decades, Select Records presents 2 Hype in a coloured vinyl pressing exclusive to RSD Black Friday.

Lights – Siberia (Acoustic)
Out of print for ten years, this sky blue vinyl edition comes to record stores first for RSD Black Friday, with a download card.

Charles Mingus – Mingus
Originally released in 1961, a classic album from one of the giants of Jazz, back in print for the first time in 40 years. All analog, remastered from original tapes by Bernie Grundman, Pressed on 180g limited edition opaque turquoise vinyl.

Thelonious Monk – The Classic Quartet
One of the finest sets ever recorded by this quartet, back in print for the first time in 35 years. Remastered by Bernie Grundman and pressed on 180g limited edition opaque blue vinyl.

Motorhead – The Lost Tapes Vol.3 (Live in Malmo 2000)
Limited edition previously unreleased live album on double green vinyl for RSD Black Friday. A monstrous live set from the “We Are Motorhead” tour, recorded live at KB Hallen, Malmo November 17, 2000.

My Little Pony – A New Generation (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)
My Little Pony: A New Generation galloped its way onto Netflix with critical acclaim 9/24/21 and the music is an integral part of the film.

Willie Nelson – Live At Budokan
Exclusively on vinyl at indie record stores starting on RSD Black Friday, this performance finds Willie and The Family at the height of their powers and includes a 27-song, hit-filled set across two LPs.

Nico – Live At The Library Theatre ’83
This RSD Black Friday exclusive has NEVER been released on vinyl before. The deluxe package includes an OBI strip, Single album jacket, printed inner sleeve, new record labels unique for this release and special Clear Yellow Tint Color Vinyl.

Augustus Pablo – Thriller
Thriller is the 1975 album from Augustus Pablo, the reggae visionary who popularized the use of the melodica in the genre. This lost gem is available for the first time since the ‘70s on transparent red vinyl, limited to a run of 2,000 copies worldwide, exclusively for RSD Black Friday.

Smash Mouth – Fush Yu Mang
San Jose-based ska pop-punkers Smash Mouth went double platinum with their 1997 debut record Fush Yu Mang. First time on vinyl and limited to 4500 copies worldwide.

Dee Snider & Lzzy Hale – The Magic Of Christmas Day
Iconic Twisted Sister vocalist Dee Snider and Grammy winner Lizzy Hale collaborate on this brand new Christmas song, written by Santa Dee himself! Pressed on a red vinyl 12” single for RSD Black Friday.

Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band – Live At The Greek Theater 2019
Ringo & his All-Star Band recorded live in October 2019 at the iconic Greek Theater in Los Angeles.

Watchmen (Music from the Motion Picture)
A limited RSD Black Friday Watchmen release that combines Music From The Motion Picture and the Original Motion Picture Score in a three disc package.

Brian Wilson – Brian Wilson: Long Promised Road
Soundtrack to the award-nominated documentary about music legend and original Beach Boy Brian Wilson. Pressed on coloured vinyl and available first at indie record stores for RSD Black Friday.
