New Releases and Fresh Reissues.

Hey Backbeaters! Another week with another fresh batch of new releases.
The latest Snail Mail “Valentine” is here, it’s the sophomore album that marks the first new music from Lindsey Jordan since 2018’s powerhouse debut Lush.
Green Lung have unleashed their second album “Black Harvest”. Green Lung have risen from the murk of the UK heavy underground to become a true cult band with a devoted following.
This awesome release from New Age Doom and Lee “Scratch” Perry titled “Lee “Scratch” Perry’s Guide to the Universe” has at its core a central theme of experimentation and dreaming, the album takes listeners on a sonic trip through a genre-defying blend of drone, jazz, stoner rock, noise and (of course) dub.
Some notable deluxe and anniversary re-issues are available now too. The Black Keys “El Camino”, Fela Kuti “London Scene” and Alabama Shakes “Sound & Color” are all in stock now.
Plus, there’s this big release from Radiohead “Kid A Mnesia” which collects Radiohead’s fourth and fifth albums alongside the debut of a newly compiled third disc titled Kid Amnesiae.
We have already sold out of the Radiohead this morning (and with pre-orders) but have more on the way! Let us know if you’d like to get on the list for the next round we will receive.
Oh yeah, it’s just November but there’s a few Christmas albums released today too, Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch Soundtrack, Cyndi Lauper’s “Merry Christmas…Have a Nice Life!” and even Billy Idol has a Christmas album called “Happy Holidays”.

Of course you can find all these releases at our eShop but better yet, drop by the store.

See you soon!
