When you shop for books, do you usually have something in mind or do you prefer to browse and see which books call out to you? When a customer is looking for a specific used book and we don’t happen to have it, we take their name and contact details and try our best to find it when we’re out on our buying excursions. We’ve surprised and made people’s days when we come across the book they’ve been after. Some we find right away and others are more rare and can take time, but our customers are always grateful when we’re actually able to track down items on their wishlists. Today, we called a customer thirteen months after finally tracking down their hard-to-find book – we don’t give up! It’s like a treasure hunt every time!
