A note about RSD Drops on August 29

Hey Backbeaters! As you know, this year has certainly been a little wonky. Record Store Day is traditionally in April, but this year it got pushed to June and then again they decided to delay and change it up. Now there are 3 days of releases (monthly) called RSD Drops starting this coming Saturday, August 29, then on September 26 and finally on October 24.

Since the way we’ve been able to operate our store this year has been – and still is – a little different, with health and safety as our priority, we’ve decided to not participate fully with the RSD Drops at this time.
Instead, we’ve ordered a handful of the releases and if/when they arrive, we will let you know exactly what we have in stock.

We want to keep you, our great customers, safe and informed so you don’t line up unnecessarily for a release that we may not have in stock. We have a limit of 3 people allowed in our shop browsing records at a time, so even a small line of 20 people could take a couple of hours to facilitate.
Keep an eye our website and/or our Facebook page on Friday evening for the list of titles we will have in stock/available on Saturday.
